LodeStar is situated just minutes from Cambridge, right in the heart of East Anglia. It’s an independent festival, on a family farm, driven by a passion for bringing local and international talent together through all forms of the performing arts and music. It is a family friendly festival that aims to deliver beyond the norm and is set on a huge expanse of fine grass fields.
The festival takes its name from its village home and the Lode Star (or North Star) used by people over the ages for navigation, it is a steady guiding star showing a preview of next year’s headliners. It has grown enormously including being able to book international headliners such as Sir Bob Geldof, Catfish And The Bottlemen and Razorlight.
