The festival is set on a 700-acre farm in Manchester, TN, which is about 60 miles south-east of Nashville and northwest of Chattanooga.

Travel
Ways of getting to Bonnaroo Festival:
By Air:
The majority of people who fly to Tennessee for the festival fly into Nashville International Airport, which is less then an hour from Manchester. Airport shuttles are provided to get directly to the festival.Other airports include Chattanooga or Knoxville.
By Car:
If you are travelling from the east to the festival -
- Use I -75 or I -59 to Chattanooga
- From Chattanooga take I-24 west and follow the directions on the Variable Message signs and police directions for the Exit to use to get on site.
If you are travelling from the west to the festival -
- Use I-40, I-24, or I-65 to Nashville
- From Nashville take I-24 east and follow the directions on the Variable Message signs and police directions for the Exit to use to the site.
If you live in Tennessee, use one of the routes listed or consider using Route 55.

The campgrounds surround Centeroo, which is the centralized area of the festival where the music and activities live. You are directed to a campsite upon your arrival where you can pitch your tent right next to your car.
