Audioriver Festival takes place on the beach of the Vistula River in Plock, Poland, with an emphasis on electronic music.

The 2011 programme included Trentemøller Live In Concert, Sven Väth, Paul Kalkbrenner live, Vitalic - V Mirror live, Andy C feat. MC GQ, Chris Liebing, Gilles Peterson, DJ Marky, Modeselektor, SuperMayer, Pretty Lights live, Seth Troxler, Shaun Reeves, Bomb The Bass live, The Qemists live, TeeBee, Nu:Tone feat. Natallie Williams, Modestep live, Reboot live, Pan-Pot and more.

Held on the banks of the beautiful Vistula River in Plock Audio river delivers the best of electronic music to a crowd from all across Europe. Audioriver is the veritable international music festival.

History and Facts

Audioriver came 2nd on Resident Advisor's Top 10 August festivals listing.

It was nominated in the Best Event category by the South East Europe Music Event 2010.

It was nominated for the Best Medium Sized Festival title on Festival Awards Europe 2010.

Music Stages and Other Entertainment

Apart from the music line up the festival also features an independent music marketl which aims to promote and support the independent music scene in Poland on all levels (labels, event organizers, artists, schools, media outlets), survey Polish fans of alternative music of all types: from rock, to hip hop, all the way to electronic music and expand the festival's program.

Festival attendees can also take part in the Red Bull Music Academy workshops conducted by some of the festival’s head-liners.

Camping and Other Accommodation

Camping at the Audioriver Festival costs an extra 50 pln, and there are electricity sockets, hot showers, security and safe deposit boxes for valuables.

The festival’s TOI camp is 600-700 metres from the festival site and also feature a bar with hot and cold meals and drinks.

The organisers warn that it might be difficult to find accommodation in Plock close to the festival.

Location and Travel

Plock doesn't have an airport, meaning the easiest way to get there if you are travelling from far away is to fly to Warsaw and then get either a train or a bus, which may take up to three hours. Warsaw's Dworzec Zachodni bus station runs hourly buses to Plock, meaning you won't have to wait too long if you miss one.

  • June 1 - July 24 PLN for a two day pass
  • May 11 - May 31st: 89 PLN for a two day ticket.
  • July 25 - July 28th: 150 PLN for a two day pass and 85 PLN for a day ticket.
