Alchemy festival is a three day music festival held in Lincolnshire. Started in 2009 the festival aims to be eco friendly and supportive of fair trade and local produce. In keeping with its old school vibe it eschews any corporate sponsorship. It is organised so that it falls on as close to the autumn equinox as possible.
The 2013 line up includes seminal UK roots reggae band Talisman, British dub group Zion Train, Ska band Citizen Fish, and genre defying anarcho-punk outfit Back to the Planet among many others.
The eco friendly ethos of the festival is also known to attract followers of the past and present hippy community.
There is also much appeal for families as many of the events and activities for children are free and plentiful.

On Site Information
Unlike many festivals, dogs are allowed at the fesival providing they are cleaned up after and kept on leads. This was initially to cater for those who live in vans and do not have other places to leave their dogs, however this may be subject to change as rules broken means the festival may have to review this freedom.
Personal alcohol allowance
You are allowed to bring alcohol into the arena grounds and alcohol will be available on site at normal pub prices.
