The Wireless Festival, formerly known as 02 Wireless, is an annual music festival held in Hyde Park, London over three days in July.
2013
Vibe
After a few years of tried and tested formulas, Wireless has found it's market identity booking the best acts mainly within the pop, dance and R&B genres.
Although there is no exclusive family vibe to the festival, this would be a good festival to take younger brothers and sisters too who are young teens or older children.
Clash Music has described it as "fun-packed", whereas the timing for Wireless is perfect, as July is in the middle of the summer festival season.
Stages and other entertainment
The event boasts attractions including an acoustic band stand, fairground attractions, relaxation/‘chill-out’ area, street theatre, markets, a diverse range of catering options, and beer gardens. A secure locker facility is also available to keep personal belongings safe.
VIP
There is two types of VIP tickets available
PREMIUM CLUB --£330 -- "Prestigious entertaining opportunities both pre and/or post show. Traditional hospitality packages delivered in a modern, innovative style. The Premium Club package is for those who enjoy all-inclusive, first-class experiences."
CLUB EXPERIENCE --£255-- "VIP benefits as unique as the concert venues. Packages typically include: access to pre show meals, private bars, luxury facilities, private enclosures and fast track entry."

As with most of Central London, it can be a nightmare to drive to an event and find an area close by with fair priced parking. We'd advise against driving and opt to take the bus or tube instead.
Or alternatively, if car is your only option, park near a tube station or location, that has parking itself and is outside the congestion charge area, and get a tube from there.
By Plane
The closest airports is London Heathrow, which has its own tube station.
