The Summer Camp Music Festival started in 2001. Since its beginning Summer Camp has been known for its spacious, open fields for shows, trademark late-night events, pristine campgrounds and amazing lineup of eclectic artists and bands.
The beautiful Cotswolds town of Lechlade on Thames plays host to this annual 3 day family-friendly music festival over the bank holiday weekend at the end of May. From rock to reggae, folk to funk, pop to punk and everything in between, there’s something for everyone including free family activities, real ales, fabulous food and burlesque. 2015 saw headliners Status Quo, ‘Sprit in the Sky’ popsters Doctor and the Medics and renowned tribute bands Whole Lotta Led and Bon Giovi. Added to the mix of over 60 bands on 3 stages, this is a fantastic weekend of live music.
A Traditional Folk Festival with all types of events, some 230 in all over the weekend, featuring traditional song, music, dance, heritage and culture. Lots of workshops.
