BoomTown Fair is a UK festival that takes place in August. It features 4 days of live music and art event that offers an array of fringe comedy and theatre. The festival has an ongoing theme surrounding the "legend" of the festival. A lot of effort goes into the decorations, and fancy dress is encouraged, adding to the vibe of the festival. The festival is divided into various 'districts', each with its own camping ground.
Bloodstock Open Air Festival is a three day heavy metal festival in the Midlands, having evolved from its indoor beginnings in 2001 into the outdoor event it is now.
With 3 days of heavy metal bands, DJ's and a capacity of about 8000, this ever growing festival is definitely holding its own and worth checking out if you want something different and seriously heavy!
Boardmasters Festival is annual event that combines Surf, BMX and Skate competitions with live music. The live music, camping and rest of the festival events occur at Watergate Bay, whilst the competitions take place at Fistral Beach.

Brand new weekend festival welcomes leading names to Sherwood Forest
This summer, Walesby Forest Festival will set up camp in Sherwood Forest for the first time ever, giving families and friends alike an outdoor festival with a difference, from 28th – 31st August.
Located on the site of one of the UK’s biggest and most loved adventure activity centres, visitors will be able to combine outdoor activity with a fun and vibrant music scene with all proceeds going back to Walesby Forest Scout Centre, a not-for-profit organisation.

The thing that makes Just So Festival truly magical and memorable is you, our intrepid festival explorers. We want to invite you all to bring your skills, talents and ideas to the curious world of Just So. If you can juggle, bring your juggling balls and show us what you can do. Bring your favourite stories and read them around the campfire circle. Bring your guitar, fiddle or just your favourite songs for music and singing in and around the site.
